A dynamic program for all children where participants will learn to vault, flip, and climb over obstacles. Learn to safely and creatively maneuver through any environment. Kids will develop and train their body and mind to overcome obstacles with speed, agility and efficiency.

Beginner & Intermediate Parkour

Does your child need to jump, run, climb, and fly?  Then this is the course for your child.  Children will learn proper ways to run up walls, jump off trampolines, and learn the beginning of flipping!!! 

Our USAG-Certified instructors will lead all parkour athletes in running, jumping, and climbing.  Students will learn body mechanics and how to safely perform these skills.  Students will be separated into two groups depending on their skill level after the first class of the session. 

Saturdays 12:10 pm – 1:05 pm & Sundays 11:15 am -12:15 pm
Coach per gymnast ratio 8:1
