Camp Apex Family Time

On this page, you’ll find our current schedules as well as spaces that require reservation such as Group Exercise classes, Pickleball playing times, KidZone, and more. Use the navigation to filter class category, space and more. Schedules are subject to change without notice.

Your Y membership includes access to any Group Ex class that is happening LIVE (look for “BROADCASTING LIVE 🎥”) and select “Virtual Content Available” to be rerouted to Zoom. Your membership also includes our member-only FREE ON DEMAND library, simply visit Your Virtual Y to see over 100 different Group Ex classes to take at any time, anywhere. To access Your Virtual Y classes, you’ll need to have set up your online member account.

FREE for Y Family Members!

– We ask that ALL members or staff who are feeling ill, have a cough or fever not come on Camp Apex property.
– Please wear a face covering at check-in, when going inside any building, or if you can not physically distance yourself.
– All attendees are expected to stay with their own family or group and to practice physical distancing.
– Help us stop the spread of germs by wiping down equipment AFTER use.
– Hand sanitizers and disinfectants will be available.

ARE YOU SIGNED UP FOR YOUR CLASS OR PICKLEBALL TIME?
Space is limited – all participants must be registered for each class or playtime. 

NOT ABLE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVED TIME?
Remove yourself from the roster so others can attend!

HOW TO REMOVE YOURSELF FROM A RESERVATION:
• Use the confirmation email  received and follow prompts at bottom of page*
• Log into your Y account, under My Account select ‘programs’ and remove the time you can’t make
• Call / stop by the Y to speak with a staff.

*Not getting our emails – stop by the Welcome Center to make sure your information is correct. If you have unsubscribed from email communications, you will not receive any emails informing you of registrations/reservations.
